apartment Minerva 231. We could not have wished for anything better.
The apartment was spotless,well equipped and comfortable for 2 adults
and two children. The pool was magnificent and was well patrolled by
the life guards. We felt very safe. The locality of the apartment was
excellent, all amenities within walking distance. Congratulations on
such a wonderful holiday home you have.We will certainly return.

Hi Anita, We had a fabulous time thanks and your apartment is fantastic - couldn't fault anything truthfully.It was the first time I'd been to that part of Spain so we didn't venture far as there was plenty to do/see locally. I did spot some day trips going further afield which I plan to do on my next trip as I definitely plan to come back. 13.6.09

This is certainly a property I would return to and given that I always say I would never go back to the same place that is high praise. The apartment is spotless and modern and has that homely feel that you don't always get abroad. The views are breathtaking and the balcony gives a great panoramic view, it is also big enough to get 4 on it comfortably.
The pool is one of the main reasons for saying it is great for families as the 3 pools cater for all ages and the water slides mean the kids can keep themselves amused.
The second big plus point is the location, just next to Bonanza Square where you could eat at a different place every night of your holidays.
It is also just 10 mins (holiday pace) walk to the beach (5 mins normally) and 10 mins to the shops of Arroyo

We have stayed in this area four times and this apartment is by far the nicest we have stayed in. The views were stunning from the balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the sofa bed very comfortable. Nice and handy for Bonanza Square with its many bars and restaurants, Paloma Park and the beach. Not far also from Tivoli World and the cable cars up to the mountain which we enjoyed. The owner was very helpful and provided excellent service to our family. I would definitely recommend this property to friends, quite a few of whom visit Benalmadena. We would definitely consider renting from this owner again.

We have just returned after having a fantastic 2 weeks (7 June to 21st June 2009) stay in this apartment. The pictures don't do this apartment justice it is absolutely beautiful.. It is extremely clean and is very well equipped, there is everything that you require. The views from the balcony are stunning. The location is excellent as there's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Paloma Park is a 5 minute stroll away and the beach is about 10 minutes. The pool is cleaned daily and the pool area and gardens are very well maintained. The poolside bar serves a good choice of drink and food, and is reasonably priced. The buses run frequently and stop outside the apartment block.
Thers is something for everyone here.

Our stay in this apartment was very enjoyable. It is a very bright corner apartment and catches the sun from morning till evening. It has a lovely view over the pool, the park and down to the sea.
It is spotlessly clean and attractively furnished, well equipped and well maintained. The swimming pools and the well kept garden area are a huge attraction for families.
Bonanza Square is a bustling area with lots of bars. From here you can either walk downhill to the promenade and the Marina, or uphill to Arroyo. Benalmadena has a huge range of restaurants and bars, catering for all tastes and budgets. This apartment was recommended to us by a member of our family, and we would certainly recommend it to others.

This apartment was just the ticket for myself, husband and our two year old daughter. From the moment we booked all our requirements were catered for, even a request for a cot was'nt a problem as the owners friend met us at the apartment to drop it off The apartment was clean, well maintained and has all the mod cons including a washing machine which is a god send when you have a toddler. The apartment has a wrap around balcony which benefits from the sun all day long. There are plenty of activities near by including a beautiful park with peacocks running around!. The beach is approx 5 mins walk and you can enjoy fresh seafood at the many great restaurants All in all I would recommend this apartment so much so we are revisiting in May.
